Qualifications

• Direct MA experience 1-2 years required.
• BLS Certification and CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and record in the medical record.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Explain treatments, medications, and physician instructions to patients.
• Perform office duties and liaison with other departments.
• Collect blood and other specimens; perform phlebotomy if competent.
• Maintain inventory of immunizations and check expiration dates.
