Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an MA program, and current certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC).

Qualifications

• Certification in BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist providers during appointments and procedures.
• Perform clinical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Conduct audits and help maintain clinic benchmarks and quality standards.
• Contact patients regarding appointments and follow-up activities.
• Assist with clerical responsibilities and special projects.
• Support team during high patient volume.
• Float between clinic work areas to maintain efficiency.
• Participate in cross-training across all clinic functions, including infusion services.
