Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA program preferred.
• Current CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC certification preferred.
• OSHA, CLIA, and ADA knowledge is expected.
• ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge is required.
• TB validation within 6 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider examinations.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Assist with patient discharges and post-visit instructions.
• Support providers during patient visits and clinical procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow for efficient clinic operations.
