The ideal candidate has CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC certification or equivalent, with 1+ year of MA experience in a busy outpatient setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for this collaborative clinic.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Non-certified candidates must have at least 3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience in a busy outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and complete patient intake.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Administer vaccines.
• Perform EKGs.
• Complete prior authorizations.
• Manage patient messages.
• Scan and upload patient documentation.
• Support daily administrative and clinical workflows.
