Job summary

Atlantic Medical Management, LLC is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to provide patient care under physician supervision. You will perform a range of clinical duties, support front desk activities, and help maintain accurate patient records in NextGen EHR.

The ideal candidate has CMA training, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited CMA program.
• Pediatric CMA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet patients professionally.
• Perform front desk check-in/out and collect copayments.
• Schedule patients and update records in the EHR.
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and manage instruments and supplies.
• Record medical histories and vital signs.
• Coordinate initial and ongoing patient care across visits.
• Participate in quality improvement and training activities.
