Qualifications

• New hires after Oct 5, 2025 require graduation from a Medical Assistant program.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare workers certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and ADA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support providers during clinic visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties.
• Room patients and complete intake.
• Assist providers with patient care.
• Scan and maintain medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms and support clinic workflow.
