Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain medical information, vitals, weight and height.
• Show patients to examination rooms and prepare equipment for providers.
• Record patients' medical history and vital statistics in records.
• Answer phones, take dictation, complete insurance forms, and liaise with other departments.
• Collect blood, tissue or other specimens and log for testing.
• Prepare treatment rooms, keep areas clean and stocked.
• Sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.
