Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, verify insurance, collect copays.
• Assist with back-office clinical tasks as delegated, including basic treatments.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and exam areas and accurate EMR documentation.
