Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience (state requirements may apply).
• Experience in a medical practice, wellness clinic, med spa, or similar healthcare environment.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport and patient experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using EMR systems, scheduling software, and standard computer applications.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and team mindset.
• Ability to stay calm, positive, and solution-focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Back Office: Room patients, take vitals, update histories for visits.
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments within scope.
• Perform injections, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and delegated tasks.
• Coordinate labs, refills, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Maintain exam room cleanliness and infection control.
• Support clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
