Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and/or check out patients, schedule appointments, and provide information to patients regarding their care.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
• Cover on the floor during vacations, etc.
• Prepare patients for examinations by taking medical histories and recording vital signs.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing, adhering to safety and sterilization standards.
