Qualifications

• Graduate of Medical Assistant program
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Active American Heart Association Basic life support or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass drug and background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide patient check-in and registration
• Answer calls politely and professionally; route messages as needed
• Schedule patients and manage the appointment book
• Maintain reception area, scan documents, and handle emails/faxes
• Assist providers with procedures under supervision
• Support patient education and connect with community resources
