Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is hiring a Medical Assistant in Florida to support clinical procedures, manage front desk tasks, and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will assist physicians with ultrasound-guided treatments, record vitals, update histories, and coordinate scheduling.

This full-time role requires CMA/RMA/CCMA or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with EMR and Office tools. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credential or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven medical office experience and familiarity with clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow.
• Assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatments.
• Record vitals, update medical histories, and document in EMR.
