Job summary

Marathon Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. You will work closely with a physician to deliver high-quality patient care and create an exceptional guest experience, acting as both a Medical Receptionist and clinical support.

The role includes vitals, injections, phlebotomy, immunizations, and care coordination; front desk duties and documentation are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, give injections, and assist with procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations per provider order.
