Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The MA will support a primary care physician, manage the full patient experience from check-in to rooming, and assist with clinical duties including vitals, injections, and phlebotomy.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of MA experience, formal MA training, and CPR/BLS certification. Some roles include front-desk responsibilities and coordination with labs and specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals and assist with procedures; coordinate with labs for tests.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed by the Provider.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, check-in/out.
• Document data accurately in the medical record per guidelines.
