HonorHealth's Arcadia Primary Care Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide front and back office support. Located at 3311 N 44th St, the clinic operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The MA will escort patients, obtain histories, take vitals, and assist with exams and procedures under provider supervision.

Requirements include completion of an accredited MA program, BLS, and state fingerprint clearance. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for this role.

Formación

• Completion of a MA training program required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients and escorts patients to the examining room.
• Obtains brief history and documents chief complaint; takes vital signs.
• Assists physician/clinician on exams and special procedures; can perform injections and TB testing.
• Performs venipuncture, CLIA waived labs, and select office procedures under supervision.
• Receives and relays information to providers; handles front office duties including scheduling and insurance forms.
