Food Allergy Institute in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time role blending front and back-office duties. You will prepare exam rooms, document vitals, assist with dosing, and support providers for efficient patient flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MA experience, CMA/RMA preferred, and strong customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting. BLS certified with EMR familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Medical Assistant experience in a clinic setting.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics preferred.
• CMA or RMA certification preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Back office duties: prepare clinic, check vitals, chart prep, and patient flow.
• Prepare data and documentation for patient visits and dosing.
• Front office duties: check-in/check-out, billing, scheduling, HIPAA compliance.
