Schweiger Dermatology Group in Elmer, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant - Allergy to perform clinical, administrative tasks in a busy allergy clinic. Prior healthcare experience is required.

You will support the provider during allergy testing and immunotherapy, maintain rooms, manage supplies, and assist with front desk coverage when needed. Requires 2 years MA experience, MA certification, CPR/AED, and EMR ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in allergy practice preferred.
• CPR and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients and providers.
• Assist with allergy testing procedures (skin prick, patch tests, spirometry, immunotherapy).
• Prepare exam rooms, manage supplies, and maintain clean, stocked rooms.
• Record treatments, prescriptions, and patient communications in the EMR.
• Cover front desk or greeter role when needed.
