Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a Medical Assistant to join our Rockford team. The role offers 100% FTE, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with on-site work at UW Health Home Health Rockford.

Qualifications

• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
• Computer experience.
• Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, you will work at UW Health Home Health 2550 Charles St. Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
