Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is hiring a Medical Assistant for a 0.05% PRN FTE role at the Charles St. Clinic in Rockford.

The position includes varied shifts Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and may offer on-site day care through UW Health Kids and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications include an associate degree or Medical Assistant program (or 2 years of relevant experience), HS diploma or higher, and certification requirements such as RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT upon hire with

• Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program, or have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
• Computer experience required.

Work schedule:

.05% PRN FTE, Varied shifts Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, you will work at UW Health Charles St. Clinic 2404 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
