Job summary

Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Wisconsin, SC is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant for our Oshkosh and Neenah clinics. You will support physicians with in-room care, educate patients, and help maintain accurate medical records in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, PTO, healthcare benefits, an education allowance, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, and company-paid disability coverage. Some travel to nearby clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical setting experience or equivalent preferred.
• Full-time availability, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document clinical findings.
• Provide patient education and surgical instructions.
• Assist with in-room scribing and physician support.
• Order lab and diagnostic procedures; maintain medical records.
• Schedule appointments and track lab results.
• Ensure a clean, safe, welcoming clinical environment.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to staff.
