Midwest ENT in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Office Assistant to support patient care and administrative workflows across ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. You will work with physicians and clinical staff to ensure a world-class patient experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, growth opportunities, and a Monday–Friday schedule in a healthcare setting. Training and mentorship are available, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to travel between all three clinic locations.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize instruments for clinic procedures.
• Handle changeover of clinic areas and restock supplies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, administration, supervisors, coworkers, and patients.
• Manage documents and materials in compliance with HIPAA and biohazard safety standards.
• Observe patient condition and communicate changes to Physician or Nurse Lead.
• Other duties as assigned
