Job summary

Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Wisconsin, SC in Appleton seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant/LPN to join our allergy team. You will conduct allergy testing, administer immunotherapy, document care, and prepare serums while collaborating with physicians to support patient education and care.

Primary location is Appleton with occasional travel to Oshkosh and Neenah clinics. Ideal candidates hold CMA or LPN credentials, BLS, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as Medical Assistant or LPN in a clinical setting.
• CMA or LPN certification preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Oshkosh and Neenah clinics (Primary location: Appleton).
• Full-time Monday – Thursday (36–40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, accurate allergy testing.
• Administer immunotherapy injections, following Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document patient care promptly and accurately.
• Prepare allergy serums.
• Monitor patient compliance and provide education.
• Collaborate with physicians and advocate for patients.
• Support the billing process as needed.
