Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program or CT CNA/EMT certification.
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association within 3 months of hire.
• All required credentials to be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, allergy/medical reconciliation, screenings, and patient history.
• Conduct point-of-care testing with quality control and documentation.
• Assist providers with in-house procedures as needed.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, chart prep, referrals, check-in/out, and prior authorizations.
