Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Medical Assistant program or CT CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification.
• Active BLS provider credential required within 3 months.
• Credentials to be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and clerical support in patient care within MA scope.
• Assist with vitals, patient history, screenings, and virtual health.
• Support scheduling, referrals, and prior authorizations; chart prep.
• Float to other offices as needed.
