Clearway Pain Solutions in White Marsh, MD is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care, document management, and provider coordination. You will enter intake data into the EMR, request records, and help ensure smooth patient flow in a busy clinical setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule and commitment to safety and quality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, staff and the public.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multi-task in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under general direction.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Request medical records and relay provider orders.
• Take and record patient vitals and medical history.
• Assist with maintaining exam rooms and clinical areas.
