The Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is seeking a Medical Assistant Lead to support daily clinical operations in a pediatric setting. You will assist the Practice Manager in coordinating 6 clinicians and 6+ Medical Assistants, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to infection prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school diploma.
• Pediatric care experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting.

• Training, development and competency evaluation of Medical Assistants and monitoring patient visit time.
• May assume clinical administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Practice Manager.
