Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking an incredible Medical Assistant Lead to oversee daily clinical operations in small to medium pediatric offices. The role supports clinicians, supervises MAs, and ensures quality patient care in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include supervising intake vitals, chart updates, vaccinations, and lab-related tasks, with emphasis on patient safety, infection control, and collaborative teamwork in a pediatric primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
• MA Diploma/Certification required or equivalent experience.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations in small to medium offices (<4.5 clinicians, <6 MAs).
• Lead and supervise Medical Assistants; support training and evaluations.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist clinicians with procedures.
• Perform intake vitals, document medical history, and manage records.
