Overview

  • Full-Time, 40 hours/week
  • Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 7:00am-1:00pm
  • Location: Hinsdale
  • Travel: Travel to other Dermatology sites for coverage if needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs, and collecting health history.
  • Support physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other first aid procedures.
  • Assist with immunizations or injections if certified.
  • Help with prescription requests, pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, chart updating, and filing.
  • Conduct onsite lab tests such as EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
  • Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service aligning with Duly Health and Care CARE values.
  • Some travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Completion of Medical Assistant program or related health sciences education, or equivalent experience.
  • CPR certification or willingness to become certified upon hire.
  • Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days.
  • Experience as MA, CMA, CNA, EMT, or similar in a medical setting.
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Health sciences graduates interested in healthcare careers are encouraged to apply.

The compensation includes a base pay range of $21.43-23.63 for Medical Assistants; Certified or Registered Medical Assistants may earn $22.97-24.57, depending on skills and experience. Additional incentives may apply.
