Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing patients for treatments or evaluation, assisting with dressing and treatment aids.
  2. Transferring, moving, and ambulatory assistance using wheelchair or stretcher.
  3. Assisting therapists in direct patient care activities such as sensory stimulation, gait training, and exercise programs.
  4. Conducting therapeutic regimes, reinforcing self-care activities, and monitoring patient reactions.
  5. Fabricating equipment adaptations and maintaining inventory and clinic area cleanliness.
  6. Performing clerical duties, maintaining equipment, and supporting other operational needs.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the ideal candidate will have:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a related healthcare role preferred.
  3. Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to changing demands.
  4. Ability to transfer and position patients up to 35 lbs.

Work conditions involve a typical office environment with some exposure to infectious diseases during patient care activities.
