This position is responsible for administrative as well as clinical tasks, such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examinations, assisting physicians with exams, and performing front-desk tasks. Tasks may include appointment scheduling, answering and returning patient calls, and coordinating daily office activities. This position conveys a positive image of the office and provides information as needed to ensure patients are aware of all benefits of the office.
