Job summary

Intergrated Pain Management SC seeks a friendly and organized Medical Assistant to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates with MA experience; the role supports both administrative and clinical duties to ensure a welcoming patient environment.

The ideal candidate will greet patients, manage appointments, and assist with vitals, blood draws, and EKGs, while supporting billing and scheduling systems. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear, friendly, and professional communication with patients and staff.
• Medical assistant certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in drawing blood, taking vitals, and performing EKGs is a plus.
• Familiarity with billing systems and medical scheduling software is beneficial.
• Spanish Speaking preferred

Responsibilities
