Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or able to obtain certification within 180 days.
• BLS certification current or within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within MA scope, including specimen collection and wound care.
• Operate diagnostic equipment, take vitals, and record results.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and infection control standards.
