Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR CT CNA/EMT/Paramedic/Credential OR relevant experience.
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from AHA within 3 months of hire.
• All required credentials maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic clinical and clerical support in patient care.
• Perform vitals, medication reconciliation, screenings, and patient history.
• Assist providers with in-house procedures and documentation.
• Handle scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and transportation facilitation.
