What We Offer

Program Overview
  • On-the-Job Training: 2000 hours supervised by an experienced MA coach (paid)
  • Supplemental Coursework: 410 hours online (unpaid)
  • In-Person Lab Days: 3 days for hands-on skills practice
  • Reporting: Log hours and skills as required
  • Skill Mastery: Perform and be signed off on required skills
Responsibilities
  • Maintain patient records, including immunizations and treatments
  • Prepare for patient visits and assist providers
  • Ensure exam rooms are ready and sterilized
  • Assist during examinations and procedures
  • Collect specimens, review data, and document results
  • Administer medications as directed
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • CPR certification within 90 days
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish at level 10
  • Basic medical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Epic, and EMR
