U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide both administrative and clinical support in our clinics. You will manage patient scheduling, chart preparation, and front-office tasks while assisting physicians with procedures and maintaining OSHA compliance.

The role requires a Medical Assistant degree, at least one year of experience, and certification is strongly preferred. Travel to other clinics may be required as part of this role.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred; Certification in Medical Assisting strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics as needed.
• Commitment to OSHA policies and required trainings (e.g., OSHA training).

Responsabilidades

• Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
• Distribute patient records to medical staff and prepare new patient charts.
• Obtain patient vital signs and document in EMR.
• Assist physician with procedures and diagnostics as needed.
• Coordinate referrals, insurance authorizations, and copay collections.
• Maintain exam rooms and supply stocking; greet and guide patients.
