Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant.
• EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, and injections experience.
• Medical assistant certification or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and exams.
• Handle clerical tasks: scheduling, records, referrals, insurance verification.
• Prepare exam/procedure rooms and equipment, maintain infection control.
• Support workflow and patient rights, respond to emergencies.
