• Escort and monitor patients; observe and report reactions to treatments.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and specimen collection.
• Take patient history and vitals; document in EMR.
• Support providers during procedures; document interventions.
• Handle calls, messages, and referral communications; scheduling.
• Collect and handle lab specimens; maintain infection control.
• Process electronic referrals to specialties.
