We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who thrives in both clinical and procedural settings and wants to be a part of a highly professional care team delivering exceptional patient outcomes.This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who enjoys working at the top of their training and supporting providers in exams, procedures, minor surgery, patient care, and clinical operations.**What You Will Do:**As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:* Assist physicians during exams, sterile field set-up, procedures, and surgical cases.* Prepares/administers medications and injections per policy (5 Rights, expiry verification) and may process refill requests under provider direction.* Prepare patients for treatment, including histories and consent documentation.* Perform wound care, dressing changes, injections, and suture removals.* Prepare and stock exams rooms.* Perform specimen handling and collection.* Accurately document care, medications, test results, and procedures.* Coordinate appointments, referrals, and testing.* Maintain medical equipment and supplies; responds to in-clinic emergencies per protocol and documents per policy* Uphold HIPAA, safety standards, and quality care protocols* Performs proper infection control and biohazard waste disposal; supports CLIA-waived testing procedures as trained.This position combines hands-on patient care, procedural support, and clinical coordination.
