Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of medical/clinical setting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent patient communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with clinical and procedural environments.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and surgical cases.
• Prepare medications and injections per policy and process refills under provider direction.
• Prepare patients for treatment, including histories and consent documentation.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, injections, and suture removals.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms; handle specimen collection.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and testing; document care and test results.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies; respond to in-clinic emergencies per protocol.
