Job summary

Vine Reproductive Health, a startup fertility clinic in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team and help establish patient-centered care from day one.

You will support physicians, manage medical records, perform lab draws, and handle patient check-in/out, vital signs, and in-office procedures as we build a high-quality clinic. Prior MA certification is preferred, with strong customer service essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent phlebotomy skills.
• High School diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare practice or hospital.
• MA Certificate of Program Completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral and/or injectable medications.
• Assist patients with insurance forms and claims.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Call/fax/eRx prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Check patients in and out, verify insurance information and collect copays.
• Measure patient vital signs.
• Perform in-office lab draws and collect specimens.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and surgeries.
• Stock exam rooms and maintain instruments and equipment.

As a startup entering the Tulsa market, we're looking for someone who is excited to help build our reputation, processes, and excellent patient experience from the ground up.Job OverviewMedical Assistants help patients by providing information, services, and assistance.
