Job summary

Ivy Fertility is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant in Midvale, UT to join our team. The role combines administrative and clinical support to deliver high-quality patient care in a compassionate fertility setting.

Responsibilities include patient prep, assisting providers, vital signs, EMR updates, education, scheduling, and records management. High school diploma required; MA certification preferred; prior fertility/OB-GYN experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Previous medical assistant experience preferred; fertility, OB/GYN, or reproductive medicine is a plus.
• Experience with injections and other clinical procedures preferred.
• Strong computer and electronic medical record skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.

• Following protocols and procedures.

We are a growing fertility center dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to patients throughout their fertility journey. Our team works together to provide a supportive patient experience while delivering high-quality reproductive healthcare.

Our medical assistants play a vital role by providing both administrative and clinical support, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care, and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
