As a Medical Assistant, you will support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations by assisting physicians and providing excellent service to patients.

This full-time position is based at our St. Louis clinic, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

1. Greet patients, escort them to examination rooms, and assist with forms.
2. Use clinic computer hardware and software according to policies.
3. Manage multi-line and multilingual phone calls.
4. Schedule appointments and handle patient needs like transportation and rescheduling.
5. Perform clerical duties such as copying, filing, and faxing.
6. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms.
7. Assist during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures, preparing patients and post-procedure instructions.
8. Monitor and replenish supplies.
9. Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed.
10. Transport supplies and equipment as required.
11. Work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification: CMA, RMA, or CCMA (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
