Ascension's Shorewood Clinic in Shorewood, WI is seeking a full-time Family Practice support role. You will assist physicians and nurses, record medical histories, measure vitals, and ensure rooms and supplies are ready for examinations.

The position requires a BLS certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience can substitute for education. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer date.

• Interview patients to record medical history and accurately measure vital signs for charting.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms while ensuring all medical supplies are ordered and stocked.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
