Job summary

Ascension seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to support Family Medicine in Oshkosh, WI. The role includes assisting physicians, preparing exam rooms, documenting care in EHRs, and managing routine clerical tasks.

• Document patient care journeys, clinical data, and all necessary information in high-quality, accurate electronic health records to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage practice operations by organizing patient records, coordinating basic clerical and scheduling tasks, and ensuring clinical areas are consistently well-stocked and clean.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
