Hello humankindness! Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. DHMG employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff across a wide variety of specialties. The group offers over 73 subspecialty services and is involved in academic research and leadership roles. DHMG educates future healthcare providers, hosting 84 medical students and about 200 residents and fellows in 25 academic programs. Our clinical services are supported by translational and bench research, aligning with Dignity Health’s mission to provide innovative, excellent care, including services for underserved populations. Dignity Health offers an Education Benefit program post 180 days, providing debt relief and student loan assistance: up to $18,000 for full-time employees over five years, or up to $9,000 for part-time employees.
Minimum: High School Diploma or G.E.D., graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or U.S. Armed Forces medical training; experience with scheduling and check-in software; current BLS certification.
Preferred: Prior MA experience, EMR proficiency, experience in a specific specialty, bilingual skills.
