As a Certified Medical Assistant with Schlessinger MD, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant dermatology clinic. Your main responsibilities include assisting providers and nurses in patient care, managing administrative duties, and delivering excellent customer service. Your role is crucial to our clinic's success!

In this role, you will...

• Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately.
• Perform prior authorizations and appeals.
• Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
• Conduct basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs and collecting patient histories.
• Prepare labs and pathology samples for testing.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare examination rooms.
• Address patient inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Assist providers during treatments and exams.
• Support nursing duties including laundry and sterilization.

Compensation: $20-$24/hour plus annual bonus

Location: On-site in Omaha, Nebraska

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

*Work schedules may be adjusted as needed to meet clinic demands.
