Job summary

Sentara Orthopedic Trauma Specialists in Norfolk, VA, is hiring a Medical Assistant for full-time daytime shifts. Take part in patient care and clerical work under supervision, with a sign-on bonus of up to 5,000 USD for eligible candidates.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and certification such as CMA/RMA/CCMA/EMT, plus BLS within 90 days. Prior EMR experience and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical/administrative experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
