Job summary

Sentara Neurology Specialists in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time day shift. The successful candidate will perform patient care tasks and related procedures under physician/NP/PA-RN/LPN supervision and handle administrative duties as required.

Applicants must have 3 years of patient care experience and hold CMA/RMA/CCMA/EMT-B/AEMT certification. A BLS certificate is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of patient care experience.
• Must hold one of CMA/RMA/CCMA/EMT-B/AEMT certifications and BLS within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
