CENTER FOR SPINE JOINT AND NEUROMUS seeks a dependable Medical Assistant to join our busy interventional pain management practice. You will float to Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, and Brentwood, rooming patients, taking histories, and supporting providers.

The ideal candidate has MA certification (or equivalent experience), strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. Experience with EMR systems, especially eClinicalWorks, is a plus; we offer growth and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred or equivalent experience.
• Clinical experience required; pain management/orthopedic background is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile technique.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed.

Busy Interventional Pain Management Clinic

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced interventional pain management practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and providing exceptional patient care. You would be floating to all three clinics. Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, and Brentwood

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories


• Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures

• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)


• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments


• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff

• Previous clinical experience required; pain management or orthopedic experience is a plus 3-5 years
