Job summary

ADVENT in South Nashville is hiring a Medical Assistant to support patients from first visit through each step of care. You will work with physicians and clinical staff, room patients, document vitals in the EMR, and help with scheduling and clinic operations.

This full‑time 32‑hour flex position offers regular hours, PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, 401k match, and a team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience working with performance‑based goals or metrics.
• A customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records

Responsibilities

• Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed

• Valid driver license
• Availability to train and cover in Franklin, Murfreesboro and Hendersonville
